Mayfire Chopper - Final Tweak & First Ride | Harley-Davidson Evo Chopper Build

Mayfire Chopper - Final Tweak & First Ride | Harley-Davidson Evo Chopper Build

After some weeks of ordering parts, wrenching, wiring, troubleshooting, and some long days in the garage, the Mayfire Evo Chopper is finally finished and ready to hit the road.

In this final episode of the build series, we knock out the last few items needed to get Isaac's custom Harley-Davidson Evo Chopper road worthy. We tackle a common Harley Evo wet-sumping issue, finalize the rear brake setup, swap in fresh oil, install new riser bushings, clearance the rear rotor bolts, and perform our final checks before pulling the bike off the lift.

Then comes the moment we've all been waiting for...

The first real ride.

And let us tell you — this Evo chopper absolutely rips.

Huge thanks to Isaac (Instagram: @isaac_mayfire) for trusting CROOKS MOTO to help bring this custom Harley-Davidson chopper build to life. Watching this start its build with our good friend Kenny Barrett from ( @BoiseMotoCommunity  and  @KennyMyBike ), then to Isaac and CROOKS MOTO, to now, a rippin' mean machine has been an incredible time.

If you're into Harley-Davidson choppers, Evo choppers, custom motorcycle builds, rigid frame motorcycles, old-school chopper culture, and real garage-built motorcycles, this episode is for you.
