Keep crankcase breather oil mist out of your air cleaner with the Sifton Chrome Engine Breather Oil Catch Can.
Designed for custom Harley-Davidson and V-Twin breather setups, this compact oil collector connects to the engine breather hose and helps separate oil mist from crankcase ventilation air before it can collect around the air cleaner or engine.
A washable high-flow breather filter sits on top of the canister and acts as a baffle to help separate oil from the escaping air. Collected oil stays inside the canister and can be drained through the plug located at the bottom.
The kit also includes a 90-degree barbed breather fitting and chrome mounting clamp, making it a clean solution for custom choppers, stripped-down air cleaner setups and remote crankcase breather systems.

Verify your breather hose size, available mounting location and clearance before ordering.
A 1-1/2" P-clamp can also be used when mounting the collector in an alternate or remote location.

Installation & Maintenance
Route the motorcycle's crankcase or engine breather hose to the supplied 90-degree barbed fitting and mount the catch can in a secure location with adequate clearance from hot or moving components.
V-Twin recommends slightly roughening the surface of the mounting band where the clamp contacts it to help prevent the clamp from slipping when the fittings are tightened.
Periodically inspect the collector and use the bottom drain plug to remove accumulated oil.
Because the amount of breather oil can vary depending on engine condition, configuration and riding conditions, check the collector regularly after initial installation to determine an appropriate service interval.
