D+D XL raw rigid frame features a 1-1/4" thick wall, DOM steel tubing with 1-1/2" backbones, 30° rake and 0° stretch. This rigid frame is a basic starter frame.
Frame will require custom 3/4" rear axle and mid control mounts. Suggested to use with oil tank and bracket as noted, available seperately for purchase. Does not include forward control mounts. Additional tabs and brackets may be required as build progresses. Mounts for sissy bar, oil, tank, battery, kickstand and rear fender mounts should be considered in advance before paint and final assembly, available separately. Always pre-build first, dissemble then the actual final build! *NOTE:Additional weld mounts available. Use spacers which have 3/4" flats, to fit plates with 6/16" axle hole. Wheel adjuster blocks accept 3/8"-24 screws. *NOTE: Frame does not have a cross shaft provision for mechanical brakes, available separately as required. Frame accepts XL rigid oil tank and oil tank battery mount kit. Provision must be made for rear mounting to fender. For use with disc brakes.
